Privacy Policy & Terms

01 Introduction

KNG International ("we," "us," or "our") provides proprietary Made-to-Measure (MTM) manufacturing solutions and technology services to our corporate partners. This Privacy Policy & Terms agreement governs the use of our platform, manufacturing APIs, and digital fitting technologies.

We understand that our partners entrust us with sensitive end-customer data, including precise body measurements and fit preferences. This document outlines our commitment to data integrity, security, and the proprietary nature of the profiles generated within our ecosystem.

02 Data Collection & Measurement Integrity

To facilitate our MTM services, we collect and process specific categories of data necessary for the construction of custom garments. This includes:

    Raw Measurement Data

    Linear body measurements and 3D point cloud data captured via our scanning API.

    Customer Profiles

    Fit preferences, posture analysis corrections, and purchase history linked to specific pattern blocks.

Note: All measurement data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards and is only decrypted during the active pattern generation phase.

03 Proprietary Technology & Rights

The algorithms used to convert raw measurement data into production-ready pattern files ("The KNG Engine") remain the sole intellectual property of KNG International.

Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of your customer lists, branding assets, and the final physical garments produced.

KNG Ownership: We retain ownership of the digital pattern blocks, grading logic, and the generated manufacturing CAD files derived from our system.

04 Third-Party Sharing & Manufacturing

We do not sell your data to advertisers. However, to fulfill MTM orders, necessary data subsets must be shared with our manufacturing network:

  1. Production Partners: Anonymized CAD files containing measurements are transmitted to our cutting facilities. These files do not contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of the end consumer.
  2. Logistics Providers: Shipping details are shared with carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) to facilitate direct-to-consumer delivery if enabled.

05 Terms of Service

By accessing the KNG International Client Portal, you agree to the following terms regarding manufacturing tolerances and system usage:

Due to the nature of textile production, finished garments may vary up to +/- 0.5cm from the digital pattern file. KNG International is not liable for fit issues falling within this standard industry tolerance.
System Availability (SLA) expand_more
We strive for 99.9% uptime on our API and ordering portal. Maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance via the Admin Dashboard.
